Wanted: Vitrina cabinet
A Milan Design Fair preview today. In our former lives we hauled out hangovers round Milan each year, getting the tram out to old warehouses to look at everything from minimalist benches to crocheted plates. But sadly not this year, which means we won’t be cooing over this beauty in person.
It’s the Vitrina cabinet designed by Hierve Design Consultancy for Case. Designed to be somewhere “between art installation and museum display units” we love the glass surround and pink interior. As for what we’d keep in it..? A mint green glass teacup collection, of course.
The same designers, based in Mexico city, have also created this. It’s called the Ropero – Spanish for ‘wardrobe’. But frankly, none of my clothes are worthy.
Absolutely stunning!!! Thanks for introducing such an amazing design with your post.
Not just that none of my clothes would be worthy, I’d need about 20 of them. My house would have to be twice the size. Very beautiful though. GG
We love this !!
liking that vitrina, would look great at our shows…
These are sooo sweet and I love the colors used!
