For, (politely) Pete’s sake. I’ve just discovered it’s possible to care more about how a wood burning stove looks in the house. I spent time picking something I thought was nice for this house (Morso). But, these stoves by Dutch designer Dick Van Hoff are in another league. This one’s concrete.

Concrete! The fan – I’m assuming that’s what it is – gives it a nice little bit of je ne c’est quoi. And check the handle on it.  After heading for the designer’s website based on seeing the one above, I was just not ready to handle how much more there was more to want. Including, the really big and amazing green tiled one.

Can you imagine how much heat comes out of that?

Plus the little trad one that would be perfect for a bathroom. My bathroom.
