Unconventional curtain

Needs must friends. I’ve had the skimpy panel curtains left by the previous owners up in my front room ever since I moved in. They’re horrible, but choosing curtains and fixings requires such intense concentration, dont’cha find? So I’d thought I’d wait until I’d chosen a paint colour. But the other night these flimsy scraps were billowing with the freezing breeze coming through the sash windows. I took emergency action with whatever spare fabric I could find, thusly:

Map fabric from Kilburn Market. And yeah, that is still the same can of Mr Sheen on the side. Who’s asking?

Great! If there’s nothing on telly you can make up for the British geography lessons you didn’t pay attention to. Or maybe do some dusting.

Sorry Tracy I don’t. It was literally just a fabric stall in Kilburn market about 12 years ago! Sorry to flaunt it in front of you like that too… very annoying! x
