Things I bought and carried
Yes, here’s my round up of what I bought on my trip to la Braderie. I bought this first one early on, and carried it round, like a pet chiwawa, all day. We bonded.
Next up a biology poster, hand painted I think, from a school. Any French speakers out there? On seconds thoughts, maybe I don’t want to know the specifics. Cat shown to demonstrate scale.
A postcard. I was sorely tempted by endless strange early 20th century postcards of children or wives in bonnets holding flowers, tinted lurid pink over the black and white print. But this was less freaky.
And lastly this matador poster. Not an endorsement of bull fighting, but a salute to that wonderful costume. I’d love one.
Forgive the blurry pictures. Put it down to excitement.
