On a bit of a roll with desk talk this week….These slinky products were created by industrial design students of Ecole Cantonale d’art Lausanne in collaboration with Alessi for the Milan furniture fair this year. The collection includes Firezo Note Board by Julie Richoz, which suspends your notes in mid air. Something that would give my computer screen, keyboard, desk top and walls a breather from bright pink stickies.
If you’re digging the professional look and need a filing unit to match, how about the new Job Cabinet by Studio Job for Dutch brand Lensvelt, also launched at Milan? There’s something a bit ‘prison locker’ about it, but I love the massive bronze key.
