Define ‘bodging’. I always thought it just meant doing something shoddily (hello!) but in actual fact it is also the ancient art of working unseasoned, green wood. I only know this after reading about the Bodging Milano project.

Rory Dodd of Designersblock invited a number of furniture designers to Clissett Wood to take part in a week-long project. The challenge for the group was to design and build chairs in an environment with no electricity, and so no power tools. The chairs they made would be shown at the Milan Furniture Fair.
