Habitat vintage shop

Have you heard Habitat is opening up its very own vintage shop? Not here, in Paris. Next to the Saint Ouen flea markets. Everyone knows Paris flea markets are pretty magic. So, a Habitat shop nearby, selling all its old products from between the 60’s and 90’s, sounds sort of good. Unless, might it mean a lot of this?

A bed that can be as vintage as it wants, it’s still rattan.

Or this…

The furniture you wanted when you were a teenager.

The shop front looks promising though.

To see more products from Habitat’s back catalogue (and to try to imagine a shop full of them), check out a story we ran here before.

I haven’t heard they are going to, but can’t say for sure.

I actually like the bed I seem to have a rattan fetish I can’t shake

You know, I don’t know why I was being so sniffy about it – I’m developing a thing about basketry, which is basically the same.

I miss my habitat store so much, I’m a massive fan. Just had a new piece of furniture delivered from their website this weekend, but now of course I HAVE to go to Paris to see this vintage shop!!! How amazing 🙂
